I gained significant experiences working at corporate leadership level in various multinationals including ConocoPhillips, Ocean and Oil Holdings, Nigeria and Travant Capital Partners.
Upon completing my PhD program, I transitioned into consulting as the Principal of Point 7 Consulting, a research focused firm that work with organizations to improve performance.
I work with organizations to have authentic conversations aimed at creating inclusive, engaging and productive work environments. With workplace performance coaching, the aim is to close the gap between the present and the desired performance level for identified individuals and teams.
I earned my PhD in organizational leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, USA and my MBA from Manchester Business School, UK where I graduated with distinction.
With great passion for leading authentically, I have conducted extensive and numerous researches on authentic leadership and published articles in peer-reviewed journals on leadership organizational outcomes. I have also published a number of articles on HR solutions and leadership development.
I am a certified MBTI consultant and Society for Human Resources Professional Senior Certified Professional (SHRM_SCP).
