For over 20 years, I thrived in corporate leadership roles—leading HRM, building teams, driving business results, and mentoring emerging leaders across global organizations.
My work gave me purpose, and I was fortunate to see its tangible impact.
But over time, a quiet question kept surfacing: Is there more I’m meant to do?
When the opportunity came to step back and reassess, I realized I was being called into a new season—one where I could align my professional experience with my passion for growth, transformation, and impact.
I began to feel that I wasn’t just meant to teach transformation—I was being invited into my own
Transitioning wasn’t without fear or uncertainty. I faced imposter syndrome, the weight of leaving a familiar identity behind, and the daunting task of building something new.
But by reconnecting with my core strengths, seeking out support, and embracing a growth mindset, I made the leap.
Today, as an Executive Leadership Coach, Educator, Trainer and Speaker, I help others navigate their own transitions—turning uncertainty into opportunity and new seasons into powerful new beginnings.
My journey reminds me (and those I serve) that career reinvention isn’t about starting over; it’s about carrying forward everything you’ve learned and becoming even more of who you are meant to be.
In the coming weeks, I will be running a workshop on “Navigating Transition with Confidence and Clarity”.
In this workshop, I will take participants on a reflective process that uses “your own experiences to define your own pathway”.
Please forward to anyone in your circle who is going through a transition or who would benefit from this workshop.
