Growth Facilitator
At the local library a few weeks ago, I met a lady who for some reason ended up in the corner of the library where I was.
She is one of those curious and effervescent kind of people and soon we were talking like long lost friends.
She immediately told me what she does and added that she was not entirely sure why she decided to check out the library that has been in her vicinity that day.
I listened with a lot of interest about the work she is doing with young girls and then she asked me what I do.
Here was my response:
I am a growth facilitator. I saw the bewildered look on her face. I enjoy this whenever I throw this statement out.
She repeated the statement, this time with a questioning look and tone.
I explained that I facilitate growth for individuals and organizations.
I work with leaders and emerging leaders to overcome excuses and blaming culture that rob them of their growth, keep them stuck and underperforming. I do this through training and coaching.
She perked up…
I went further to explain that we help our clients to unlock their innate potential and own their strengths to accelerate growth and performance by not only understanding the psychology of excuse making but also developing sustainable strategies to move forward. #Behindexcuses
Studies have shown that lack of growth and feeling stuck is the single highest cause of employee disengagement.
Engaged employees not only reduce turnover by over 80%, but they also increase innovation by almost 20%.
Imagine what your organization would look like with optimal engaged employees showing up every day because they have a path of growth that they have defined for themselves and are completely responsible to execute it by themselves.
It is that time of the year once again when managers and leaders are struggling to find the right words during performance reviews… to balance underperformance and employee perceptions and expectations.
And this is the central value that I bring to organizations…
It is not enough to tell people that they have potentials and strengths, we help them unlock and expose them to lifelong tools that consistently draw out these strengths and potentials that improve performance and increase personal growth.
Our clients say that we have helped them create engaged and vibrant workforce, and they have measurable increase in employee commitment to get things done and with enthusiasm towards their annual targets.
We can help your team refocus, take ownership and deliver results for themselves and the organization.

P.S.
I have something else coming up…
As someone who has spent over 20 years in corporate organizations working with leaders and developing tools for leadership development, I understand the challenges and dynamics of thriving in corporate organizations.
Over these years, I have seen that mentorship is a key catalyst for success in corporate organizations.
You have seen and read some posts and writings from me on this subject of mentorship across my platforms.
In the coming months, you will hear more about this.
